D – Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily

The adult human body is 60% water and your blood is 90% water. Drinking water benefits the whole body in a million ways. From flushing out toxins to preventing acne and giving you glowing skin. Staying hydrated helps increase elasticity in the skin as it stays moisturized for longer.

E – Eat fresh fruits and vegetables

Everyone apply his favourite face cream for look attractive, but beautiful skin starts with nourishment within.

Fresh fruit and vegetables contain powerful antioxidants that help to protect skin from the cellular damage caused by free radicals. Add rainbow food in your diet for better experience.

A – Apply sunscreen before stepping out.

You must have apply sunscreen before stepping out. Sunscreen reduces your overall UV exposures and lover your risk of skin cancer and sun damage.

No matter your skin type, certain medications and disorders make your skin highly sensitive to the sun, raising protection requirements.

Also keep in mind that, sunscreen alone is not enough. Wear sun safe clothing, a wide-brimmed hat and UV blocking sunglasses, for a complete sun protection strategy.

R – Remove makeup at the end of the day

Remove makeup at the end of the day or before going to bed. At night time your skin renew itself.

In night time heavy makeup cease the breathe of your skin which make your skin dull or damage.  

S – Sleep 6 to 8 hours in night

A good sleep has been lower stress level, reduce inflammation and keep your mind healthy.

When we are in sleeping mode our skin switches into recovery mode and it is an important time of repair and regeneration.
