Exercise improves your blood flow. It stimulate some chemicals in brain that inhance your mood, learning capacity and thinking skill that’s why it have been said that “A healthy mind exist in a healthy body.”

Exercise strengthens the heart and lungs and improves the body’s ability to use oxygen. It makes your heart work harder to pump blood.



·         Exercise enhance your immune system

Exercise causes change in antibodies and WBC. WBCs are the body’s immune system cells that fight disease. These antibodies circulate more rapidly, so they could detect illness earlier then they might have before.



·         Regular exercise lowers your risk of developing type 2diabetes

Exercise makes easier to control your blood sugar level. Muscles can use glucose without insulin when you’re exercising.



·         Exercise can help prevent and treat mental illness like depression

Exercise is a powerful depression fighter for several reasons. It release endorphins, powerful chemicals in your brain that energize your spirits and make you feel good.
