Now a day everyone bath with hot or cold water. Sometime we take hot or cold water for bathing according to season.

Here I want to tell you the benefits of hot shower and cold shower.

Generally people take hot water for bathing in winter season. Hot water is useful for bathing in many purposes.

Reduce tiredness

After bathing you feel fresh no stress, no laziness and your mood bloom. You fully feel relax.

Headaches are many types in this some headaches are caused by the narrowing of blood vessels in the head. When we take warm water to take bath then our blood vessels can be used these warm water to decrease the pressure on those blood vessels and cure our headache.
