Scientific evidence suggests that positive emotions can help to make life longer and healthier. Positive emotions give internally happiness.
But only positive emotions are not enough for healthy life you have to lowering your stress levels with a positive outlook and relaxation techniques.
Positive surrounding give you a long time happiness. So you have to live with broad minded people and always focus on good things.
Here are few steps to give you happiness.

3. Talk less, listen more
4. Judge less, accept more
5. Watch less, do more
6. Complain less, appreciate more
7. Fear less, love more
Here all points indicate that do all negative things less and live life in positive way, accept positive thing. It all keep you happy.
When you feel bored or live alone don't over think anymore. Replace overthinking and start doing anything in which you are interested or your hobbies just like reading books, magazines, skeching, painting, singing, dancing etc.
In this world everyone has two sides a bad one and a good one. It depends on which side you look or accept.
Here I want to tell you that if you want to live happy life then don't look bad side of anyone always accept good side.
