How can we stay fit in summer season
When we think about summer season some images formed in our mind i,e – cold
drinks, ice creams. But when I hear about this season I think about mangoes and
lassi. Now some people also think about mango. It is one of the summer fruit
which is liked by many people.
But here I don’t talk about only mango. I want to tell you that how can we
stay fit in summer season. This season is not too bad that people think only
you have to take some precaution.
In summer season days are too hot sometimes mostly humid. In these days our
body required more care. Day by day temperature increases which affects us
badly. You have to be more careful in these days.
A change in season calls for a change in routine. We make our routine
according to weather. So we have to change our routine of our daily life from starting
of this season. After changing our routine we stay fit and enjoy this season.
Drink plenty of water
In summer season temperature gets high. When we do more physical work in these
days we feel tiredness after a short time period because of more water releases
as a sweat so we have to drink at least 2 to 3 litre water to maintain water or
glucose level in our body. We must keep our body hydrated.
Take healthy and proper diet
We have to take always healthy and proper diet. Eat fresh food and avoid to
take more fats and carbohydrates in this season because it warm up our body. We
should keep cold our body. So we have to focus on fresh fruits and vegetables
that have high water content.
Take lighter meal
Everyone wants to take lighter food in their meal. If we take heavy meal we
feel lazyness and food not digest properly. Avoid to take fast foods and oily
foods it increase bad cholesterol in our body. This bad cholesterol is harmful for
heart.
Proper skin care in summer
In summer season our skin wants a proper care. We put moisturizer on our
skin to make it feel softer and smoother and also apply sunscreen for protect
our skin from sun rays. We must wash our face regularly. It keeps our face and
skin healthy and look all time fresh.
Give proper care to hair
Our hair always wants a proper care. In this season days are too hot and
dusty . Usually in these days warm air blows with dust and it all make our hair
rough and freezy and our hair gets damaged. To protect our hair we have to
oiling and wash our hair regularly. When we go outside in day time we have try
to cover our hair from soft and thick cloths.
Stay Indoor
In summer season days are too hot and windy so we have to stay in our homes.
It is the best way to protect ourselves. We have to do our outside work in the
morning or evening time. This time temperature is low comparable to noon time.
If works are not more important than you should not go outside at afternoon, it
is harmful for our health.
Avoid alcohol
Taking alcohol can dehydrate our body quickly. If at all possible, try to
reduce the amount of these favourite beverages especially during hot weather.
Reduce alcohol and taking Plain and flavoured water is a good substitute.
Treat your eye well
To protect our vision at work and at
play, wear protective eyewear. When we move outdoors, wear sunglasses that
block at least 99% of ultraviolet rays.
