How to control your weight
Now a days, In the world one of the biggest problem is
obesity. People who suffer from this problem don’t know how to control their
weight. Some people goes in depression because of overthinking about their
weight. All the people thinking right that overthinking is causes due to take
unhealthy food. But do you know only unhealthy food is not cause of obesity.
Here, other biggest cause of overweight is your some bad habits, so you have to
change two things in your daily life. First of all convert your bad habits into
good habits and second thing is to take
a healthy food.
Now you think which bad habits we have to change. You must
have to change these three habits in your daily life.
Don’t skip timming
Today everyone are busy in their life. Sometime breakfast
is skipped by some people due to shortage of time and too many work. Every meal
is necessary for our body. We have to take our meal timely as if today I take
breakfast on 8A.M then everyday I have to take breakfast between 8A.M to 9A.M.
However the best time to take breakfast is between 7A.M to
8:30A.M, lunch is 12:30P.M to 1:30P.M and dinner is 8P.M to 9P.M.
Skipping meal can cause your metabolism to slow down,
which can cause weight gain.
If you skip meal you feel like you are owed something
later in the day then you tend to overeat at next meal.
Don’t take stress
Stress is a cause of many problem in our life and negative
impact on our health. A stressful event may lead to weight change. In a stress
someone going through a tough time may lose their appetite and skip meals.
The body’s response to stress has been linked to changes
in metabolism, insulin and fat storage. High stress levels may also lead to
changes in your behaviour that contribute to weight gain.
Negative thinking cause negative thing
Whenever something went wrong in our life we start think
negative thing but it not give a solution whereas it create many types of
problem and also negative impact on our health. Negative thinking and stress is
corelate with each other.
By thinking negative thing, you flood your body with
adrenaline and cortisol. These stress hormones cause your body to go into
survival mode store extra weight.
At last I want to tell you that if you change your habit
then your weight is not immedetly lose or gain but it control your weight. These
good habits and taking healthy food is stop weight gain.
