All of us take many types of liquid in our day to day life. In all liquid diet water is more important. It doesn’t contain any nutrition and also it has zero calories. It is important for our digestion and also necessary for the absorption of vitamin B and C. It helps in the detoxification of the body. So we can say that water is the smartest drink. But if you are wants to get something more than take other healthy drinks that will give you a boost of nutrition.
Milk
It is a great choice to take milk as a healthy drink. It has the components of a healthy meal carbohydrates, protein, vitamins and a little fat. It is a good source of calcium because it contains vitamin D. Which is needed for maximum calcium absorption.
Green tea
