How can we stay fit in summer season When we think about summer season some images formed in our mind i , e – cold drinks, ice creams. But when I hear about this season I think about mangoes and lassi. Now some people also think about mango. It is one of the summer fruit which is liked by many people. But here I don’t talk about only mango. I want to tell you that how can we stay fit in summer season. This season is not too bad that people think only you have to take some precaution. In summer season days are too hot sometimes mostly humid. In these days our body required more care. Day by day temperature increases which affects us badly. You have to be more careful in these days. A change in season calls for a change in routine. We make our routine according to weather.
